Pet Friendly Policy

Pets are permitted by prior arrangement. Please contact us and confirm first.

We prefer you to leave your pet alone for no longer than 1.5 hours a day. Should you go out leaving your pet behind, you must be contactable in the event we need to reach you. Should your pet create a disturbance whilst you are out, you need to be able to return immediately and address the problem.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any stage, no refund, if there is an unresolveable problem regarding pets' behaviour. Please note, this has never happened thus far. Normally pets are not a problem.

No pets on furniture. Please bring your pets' bedding.

All pet immunizations and defleaing to be current.

Servicing/Cleaning Rooms

The penthouse is rented as a self catering apartment and is serviced every four days. Servicing includes emptying bins, vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom. For long stays we will change linen weekly.

When the suites are booked on a self catering basis, then they are serviced every fourth day. Servicing includes emptying bins, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom. For long stays we will change linen weekly.

When the suites are booked on a B&B basis, then they are serviced every day. Servicing includes emptying bins, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, making the beds, as well as washing up. For long stays we will change linen weekly.

Cancellation Policy (excluding 10 Dec - 15 Jan)

  • In the event of premature departure we charge for the full original booking.
  • From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 25% of the total rental.
  • From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50% of the total rental.
  • From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of the total rental.
  • Less than 7 days forfeit full the amount of the total rental.

Cancellation (Bookings 10 Dec - 15 Jan)

  • In the event of premature departure we charge for the full original booking.
  • From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 75% of the total rental.
  • From 0 to 21 days forfeit is 100% of the total rental.

Booking/Payment for Dec/Jan

If booked longer in advance than one month, then 50% deposit is payable. The balance is due one month before arrival

Bookings for Remainder of the Year

If booked longer in advance than one month, then 50% deposit is payable. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Minimum Stays

When booking online, minimum stays may apply during certain seasons (normally during the high / peak seasons). These vary by season. If you would like to stay for a shorter period, please contact us to see if this would be possible.

No Smoking Policy

We are a strictly non-smoking establishment. No smoking in the rooms whatsoever. No smoking outside on the patio/deck unless the doors/windows to the interior are closed.

Breakfast

Breakfast comprises:

  • Muesli
  • Tea/Coffee
  • Fruit Salad
  • Yogurt
  • Toast, Butter, Marmalade/Jam
  • Fruit Juice (Liquifruit or similar)
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Chipolatas
  • Bacon
Specific dietary requirements to be conveyed to us in advance. We will attempt to accommodate you but this is by no means guaranteed. It is on a case by case basis.
